1. Purpose

As a social mission that is an information service businesses' duty, we respect the value of information and always strive to properly control and protect information. As well as general information, we also fully understand the value and the importance of protecting personal information. We will endeavour to comply to the following.

2. Basic Policy
1. We strive to properly obtain, use and provide personal information considering our business contents and its scale.
2. We use personal information within the scope of purpose that we clearly indicate to our customers. We also don't release any personal information to third parties, excluding the case when customers ask us to release their own personal information or there is other reasonable excuses.
3. We observe the law related to personal information, policy or other standards that are made by the government.
4. We strive to maintain accurate and the latest personal information as well as prevent and correct any hacking, loss, destruction or leakage of personal information.
5. We build, steadily implement, maintain and constantly improve our own "Personal Information Management System (Inner Rules)".
6. We shall immediately and sincerely release/answer the inquiry of personal information on behalf of the customer if he/she requests it.
3. Purpose of using personal information

We use personal information for the purposes listed below. A user's providing personal information to us is optional, however, users may not be able to use our services if they don't provide their own personal information.

(1) Informing the user of proper information or job offers related to temporary employment agencies/fee-charging employment placements. We also use personal information for making contact with temporary employment agencies.
(2) Using personal information in the proper personnel management or in an emergency situation
*The emergency situation mentioned here is in the case that there is a danger that threatens a user's life, health or property, or in the case that we can't reach you by the contact information that you have registered, when we really need to contact you. In these cases, we will contact the user through the emergency number that you have registered, and explain the situation.
(3) Providing the services that a user requested. (Including the issuing of certificates/welfare program/sending a present, etc.)
(4) Informing the user of information. (Including the information, campaign of our services/responding to a user's general inquiries or opinions, etc.)
(5) Sending information from our marketing activities or survey related to our business such as temporary employment agencies/fee-charging employment placements. (Including requests to join, survey to, taking-in needs/demands to optimize our services.)
4. Providing personal information to a third party.

We do not provide any personal information to a third party, without obtaining the consent of the user. However, we may provide personal information in the situation listed below.

(1) In the case that we clearly indicated/told about the releasing of personal information and the owner of the personal information agreed.
(2) In the case that there is a danger that threatens the user's life, health or property.
(3) In the case that is required by law.
(4) In the case that personal information is especially needed to increase public health or promote healthy development of children, when it's hard to obtain the consent of the owner of the personal information.
(5) In the case that a succession to business will happen, due to a corporate merger, a company split, a business transfer or other reasons.
(6) In the case that the national organization, local governments or the person entrusted with them asks us to release the personal information by law, and our business will be obstructed by obtaining the consent from the owner of the personal information.
(7) In the case that the personal information is owned by a corporation and the information is already released to the public by the corporation. In the same case, when we give the corporation previous notice stating or the corporation can easily understand that, commissioning the information to a third party is one of the purposes, the items and the method of distributing personal information will be provided, and that we will stop providing personal information if the corporation requests it.
(8) In the case that we commission part or total personal information to a third party, within the range of achieving a specific goal.
5. Rights of the owner of the personal information

If the personal information's owner requests it, we shall immediately respond to tell our purpose of using the user's own personal information, release, correct, add, delete, and discontinue using/providing it to a third party, using a designated process. However, in the situation which will be made by releasing the personal information matches one of the cases below, we will not respond to the request.

(1) In the case that there is danger that threatens the user or third party's life, health or property.
(2) In the case that it will support or cause an illegal or an unreasonable act.
(3) In the case that it may obstruct the prevention, suppression, criminal investigation, public safety and social order.
(4) In the case that by stating that we have specific personal information, it may harm national safety, relationship of mutual trust between Japan and other countries, international organizations, or cause a disadvantage in negotiations with other countries or international organizations.
(5) In the case that by stating that we have the specific personal information, it may harm relationship of mutual trust between us and a third party, and cause an extreme obstacle on running our proper business.
Example: Information including an evaluation of us, our partners or recruitment companies.

  The method of releasing user's own personal information
We comply with user's request by phone, e-mail or letter.
We will release user's own personal information orally or within a document. Please note that we do not release information via e-mail due to safely reasons.
  The method to identify the user or its substitute
We will identify the user or its substitute by using our designated process. When the user requests to delete his/her personal information, some mails or direct-mail (DM) may be delivered after we have deleted his/her personal information. It's because some mails or DM have already been sent out to the user on specific days before we get the request.
6. The commission of personal information

We may commission personal information to a third party who meets our Personal Information Protection standard for personnel management, sending mails, maintaining and repairing a system. The personal information that we commission to a third party will be used only to execute the business that we commission.

7. About secretly gaining personal information

We use Cookies on our website. We use Cookies only for the system information to run our website or identify users who are on our website. We do not use Cookies to specify users. *If a user is invalidating Cookies with a security setting on a browser, the user may not be able to use the functions referred to above.
